Supported Networks

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok (limited). Regional support varies. The Standard plan caps you at one brand and seven channels; Professional moves to two brands and ten channels; Agency plans expand to 100+ brands. Instagram personal accounts are read-only — you need a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page for full publishing. TikTok publishing is currently limited to image carousels and direct video uploads under 60 seconds; long-form goes through TikTok Studio. LinkedIn supports company pages and personal profiles, but Showcase Pages publish via Facebook-linked workflows.

Scheduling

Calendar view of upcoming posts, bulk scheduler for recurring content, and SmartQ optimal-time suggestions per channel. The bulk scheduler accepts a CSV with Content, Channel, Date/Time, and Image URL columns — useful for migrating from Buffer or Hootsuite. Repeat Posts handle evergreen content on a 7/14/30-day cadence. The CustomQ feature lets you define posting slots per channel (e.g. LinkedIn weekdays 9am, Instagram daily 6pm) and queues content into them automatically.

Listening

Monitor keywords, mentions, and hashtags across all connected channels. Sentiment analysis classifies captures as positive, negative, or neutral using Zia’s NLP model. Response workflows tag and assign mentions to team members; an inbound DM about pricing can auto-route to sales. Listening tabs limit at 12 monitors on Professional, 16 on Premium. Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) work in keyword strings — ("crm curator" OR @crmcurator) NOT job filters recruiter noise.

Analytics

Post engagement, reach, follower growth per channel, and competitor benchmarking on Premium plans. Custom reports drag-drop together post performance, audience demographics, and best-posting-times charts; export to PDF or schedule weekly email. The zShare score (Zoho’s composite engagement metric) is useful for cross-channel comparison but should not replace native platform analytics for paid campaigns. Connect to Zoho Analytics for cross-app blending — pair social engagement with CRM lead source to see which posts produce pipeline.

Team Collaboration

Approval workflows for posts route drafts to a reviewer before publish. The multi-user editorial calendar shows everyone’s drafts, scheduled, and published posts in one view. Audit trail per post records edits, approvals, and rejections — useful when a regulated industry asks who approved a specific claim. Roles include Admin, Brand Admin, Publisher, Reviewer, and Read-Only.

Common Failure Modes

Token expiry on Facebook/Instagram silently breaks publishing — the platform requires re-authentication every 60 days, and Zoho’s reminder email lands in admin inboxes that no one reads. Set a calendar reminder. The other recurring failure: scheduling a post with an image URL that 404s at publish time. Always upload media into Zoho’s library rather than referencing external URLs.
